The Super Star Safe is intended for protection of moderate risks and is particularly suitable for retail shop use.

It has an anti-blowtorch door and incorporates live re-locking devices which give protection against attacks using explosives,high temperature cutting and force.

The Super Star Safe comes in 3 sizes and has a suggested overnight cash insurance rating of £7000.

All refurbished safes leave our warehouse fully overhauled. They will have been completely stripped down, the locks and all re-locking devices serviced. Any worn parts within the safe or outside will have been replaced and the safe sanded back to the metal and re-painted. The standard colours we use are two shades of grey. A light grey, almost white, on the door, while the body is painted slightley darker.

Other colours are available at the customers request.

Tann Super Star Specifications

BODY: The body of the safe is 102mm thick. Between the tough outer shell of 5mm electrically welded steel and the inner lining, drill resisting alloy with a further steel anti-lamination shroud is provided to give a total metal thickness of 32mm, embedded within a special penetration and fire-resistant material.

DOOR: The whole surface of the door of the safe offers resistance to the blowtorch, drills and other forms of attack with an all over metal thickness of 41mm protecting a massive channel-form lock-case housing the control mechanism.

BOLTWORK: Moving round steel bolts locking behind a solid rebate frame secure the door on the front, top and bottom edges. The rear edge of the door is secured with fixed round bolts locking behind a similar rebate.

LOCKING: Standard locking by one nine lever lock with a double bitted key supplied in duplicate. Alternative locking by keyless combination lock. Dual locking available.

RE-LOCKING: Active re-locking devices are fitted to the door.

FLOOR ANCHORING: The Super Star Safe is prepared for anchoring to either concrete or wooden floors.
