Rosengrens FD 1090 Archive Door
Every year, companies suffers losses running into millions as a result of fire damage – and that’s just direct fire damage. The loss of vital business information, such as customer accounts, contracts and other important documents, is not even included in that figure.
6-Hour Fire Resistance
The FD 1090 offers 6-hour fire resistance. The door is approved by the TNO (Dutch Organisation for Applied Scientific Research), thus complying with the building regulations for archive storage locations.
The FD 1090 archive door also offers mechanical burglar protection.
Locking Mechanism and Locks
The locking mechanism uses locking bars on both sides of the door, boltwork on the hinge side and a stainless steel locking bar on the shut side.
The FD 1090 is supplied with a double key-bit safety lock that may only be operated from the outside.
The door can be supplied with a combination lock rather than a key lock.
The doors can be left or right-hung.
The door is 124 mm thick and is delivered as standard finished in anti-corrosion undercoat.
Options
An isolated 2-pole lighting switch can be incorporated into the hinge side of the doorframe.
Where the door is supplied with a key lock, a panic handle can be fitted to the inside face. This enables anyone trapped inside the archive to open the door from the inside using a catch and a handle. When the door is next closed from the outside after the panic handle has been used, it locks automatically with no need for a key.
