The Trustee 5000 has incorporated into it's door and body a reinforced Ranaloy, which provides resistance to attack from oxy-acetylene cutting tools and drills. The non-metallic, anti-penetration monolith surrounding the Ranaloy, gives additional protection from other attacks by force, hand tools and flame cutting tools as well as a high degree of fire protection to the safes contents.
With 4 sizes to choose from, it is a versatile safe for either the office or commercial use.

All refurbished safes leave our warehouse fully overhauled. They will have been completely stripped down, the locks and all re-locking devices serviced. Any worn parts within the safe or outside will have been replaced and the safe sanded back to the metal and re-painted. The standard colours we use are two shades of grey. A light grey, almost white, on the door, while the body is painted slightley darker.
Other colours are available at the customers request.

Ratner Trustee 5000 Specifications
BODY: The outer body is formed from high quality 6mm tough steel plate electrically welded. Enclosed by the outer body is a reinforced monolith which in turn encases the Ranaloy protection. A further 5mm steel casing welded around the slotted steel inner lining, completes the inner body. The total metal protection is not less than 32mm, in a body thickness of 102mm.
DOOR: Overall thickness of the door is 115mm. The main protective slab, covering the entire lock and boltwork area, comprises 57mm of metal consisting of a 9mm front steel plate, not less than 32mm Ranaloy protective slab and a duplex steel plate plus additional mount plate.
BOLTWORK: A unique 3-way sliding boltwork system plus fixed dog bolts on hinge side provides resistance against explosive and forcing attacks. The number of bolts varies according to the size of the safe
LOCKING: The boltwork is controlled by a Ratner 10-lever high security keylock with detachable bitted stainless steel keys in duplicate. The lock is mounted on a sensitive plate which, if attacked in any form, actuates one or more of the Ratnermatic re-locking devices. Alternative 4-wheel keyless combination lock on some safes.
EXPLOSIVES PROTECTION: Both live and dead anti-explosive devices are fitted. The live Ratnermatic, is operated every time the safe is locked ensuring that the bolts are independantly secured should the main lock be disturbed by explosives or other means.
FLOOR ANCHORING: The Ratner Trustee 5000 is prepared for base fixing to either a concrete or wooden floor. |
