The Rosengrens Rv 2500 high-security vault door has been tested to and approved under the Scandinavian INSTA 610 test standard, and achieved a protection rating of 2500 points. This rating is a measure of an extremely high resistance to attack. INSTA 610 is one of the world´s hardest and most well known test method for safes, vault doors etc against burglary attacks.
The door also meets the most stringent standards laid down by the Swedish Bank's Inspection Board. This high degree of protection is provided through the laminated construction of the protective plate which involves various materials to resist different kinds of attack. The thickness of the protective plate is 200-375 mm.
The door-frame can be supplied for wall thicknesses of 400-500 or 650 mm.
Locks
The vault door is fitted with four of the unique Rosengrens ABN resettable keylocks. Each lock can be reset easily to accept a new key bit if, for example, a new employee is given access to the vault.
Combination locks are also available, either as an alternative or as a complement to the keylock.
Alarm
The bolts can be fitted with switches connecting them to the locks and to an illuminated display panel on the outside of the door. This shows staff when the bolts and locks are properly secured. This function can also be connected to the bank´s alarm system.
The doorframe is fitted with flush compartments to hose alarm detectors and terminal blocks. The door itself can also be supplied with alarm wiring and preparation for time lock.
Waterproofing
The door is supplied with a flush door-sill. If required, this sill, the door-frame and the door itself can be fitted with fully waterproof rubber mouldings.
Finish
The door-frame is supplied coated with a zinc chromate primer. The bolt-throwing handle, keyhole plates and plates covering the hinges are made of anodised aluminium.
